Morten Nørgaard a friend of mine have always had a dream about writing and making a movie! Now he has done it!

The movie is a romantic comedy about 5 young peoples thoughs and actions regarding their next steps in life.

Danish description: "Næste Skridt handler om fem unge mennesker; Dennis (David Owe), Thomas (Kim Sønderholm , "Hvordan vi slipper af med de andre"), Mads (Mads Koudal, "Brutal Incasso"), Søs (Ninna Cederholm, "Forsvar") og Kirsten (Ane Fjelstrup, "Krøniken") og deres individuelle kamp med 30-års krisen og hvordan de overgår til det "rigtige" voksne liv.

Filmen er skrevet og instrueret af debutanten Morten Nørgaard for sit eget selskab, Ursa Major Productions. Genren er en såkaldt dramedie - altså en dramatisk komedie.

Filmen blev indspillet i sommeren 2005 og optagelserne sluttede kun få dage før David Owe påbegyndte arbejdet på "Vild med dans".

Endvidere på rollelisten ses så prominente navne som bl.a: Jens Okking, Jannie Faurschou, Ole Ernst, Lisbet Lundquist, Kira Eggers, Kristian Ibler, Claus Bue, Torben Zeller, Anne Marie Helger, Hanne Stensgaard, Merete Van Kamp, samt stand-up komikerne Povl Erik Carstensen og Brian Mørk - blandt mange andre..."

The years first wedding was on the 4th of August 2006 in Helsinki. Actually Satu and Pete arranged events from the 3rd and until the 5th so it was litteraly a 3-day-wedding. It was laso Andreas first flight and she took it really well.

On the 3rd we got into Helsinki at mid day and checked into our hotel. A lot of old friends was coming to the wedding and we hung around with them during the days which was pretty cool. In the evening we went to pre-wedding drinks in a really high building with a great view over Helsinki.

On the 4th we got to the ceremony in a really hot glass covered room and after that for a refreshing saliing trip to go to the reception site. The site was Fortress of Suomenlinna a world heritage site outside Helsinki and really beautiful. In a huge hall tables was set up for I guess 200 people and great space for all the children (more than 25!) to play.

The evening ended with lots of AIESEC dancing and singing since roughly 25% of the guests was realted to AIESEC in some way.

On the 12th of August we went to one of two weddings were we were invited on this day. Lotte Madsen (now Jacobsen) and Christian E. Jacobsen (aka CJ) said yes to eachother.

(Yes I know that I'm way behind on the updates!) The other wedding was Sandras cousin Richard and was held in Colombia.

This one was a nice church wedding with following reception in Roskilde at the habour close to the Wiking-ship museum. A very nice restaurant made excellent food, funny speaches (though the longer into night the funnier the performance), plenty of drinks and cool live music where I got to play som air-guitar.

Bride and groom, Karina and Thomas (now also married), and Sandra and I closed the pary around 4 in the morning after a great party and a little too much whiskey.

Karina and Thomas wedding was on the 9th of September 2006. A big tent in their frontyard was the dining area, various tables in their backyard was the pre-dinner drinks and tappas arena and their porch was the lounge and bar.

A great setup for a great day where the sun was shining for the first time in 3-4 weeks! Great planning for this beautiful wedding.

The home-like made you really feel at home with them and with excellent'e food, wine and drinks.

A great mix of serious speeches and funny acts and all finished in plenty of time before midnight left lots of time to talk, hang out in the lounge, try out the 74 different drinks before Karina and Thomas left the place around 3-something in the morning. At that time people was still making bread over open fire in the backyard.

Sandra and I have been Blogging since July 2003 and many more have taken up this relaxed form of updating friends and family. Here is a little collection of friends' blogs:

* Anne i Nepal (Anne in Nepal, in danish). Anne is a friend that Sandra met when studying at CBS.
* Signe & Torben (in danish) My cousin Torben, his wife and their soon 3 kids.

Saturday an old friend of mine got married. A big congratiulations here from Hvidovre to Thomas and his wife Marianne! Looking forward to see more fotos and hear about the wedding.

It seems like 2006 is just the right year to get married. We are so far invited to three (3!) weddings this year. All of them with people who traveled the long way to go to our wedding in Colombia in 2002 so we will make a great effort not to miss any of them and we are ready to celebrate with all of you!

I almost forgot about this one. Going through my mails today I found Andreas first voice greeting recevied by e-mail a few days after her birth.

My friend and colleague Morten got married with his girlfriend through almost 10 years on the 30th of July 2005. We had a lovely day, dancing, funny songs, excellent food and happy people. Party from 15.00 to 03.00.

The happy couple seemed to have had a great day and stayed at the party until the end. Day after they went on their honneymoon.

Lots of greetings to Clara and Jacob who got married in Argentina yesterday! Happy honeymoon!

The best wishes for Clotilde and Nicolas on this day where they got maried in Sevilla, Spain.

We went there to celebrate with them and it was a very lovely party and ceremony.

Yes it is!


We went to Hanne and Maurisus for a party yesterday. That was nice. Real colombian food, brought some aguadiente and we had people playing and singing.

In the mittle of the night we were suddenly asked to paint the bedroom closet since the hosts thought it was too boring to have a white closet!

Lots of funny tings, texts and creatures ended up there.

Two of my best friends from my hometown, Manizales, got married last Saturday. We were sad that we couldn't be there but we wish them all the best and we hope to be able to celebrate together very soon!
